Who are you guys?

Do you like to have food delivered?  Get sick of the limited choices of food you can have delivered?  Well... we're glad you found us!!  We are in business to bring you hot prepared food from your favorite restaurants right here in Pensacola that currently offer limited or no delivery.  When you have a taste for something and you don't feel like going out to get it... YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO!  We are here for you.

How do I order?

We offer two ways for you to order: 

One is directly from our website.  Simply choose your zip code, browse the menus of the restaurants that are available for delivery in your area, add the menu items you want to the cart, checkout, pay online using any major credit card (or you can pay with cash), sit back and relax!  We will bring your dinner to you!

How much does it cost?

The delivery fee ranges from $4.99 up to $14.99 per order per restaurant depending on how far you live from the restaurant you want to order from.  We also charge a small processing fee plus sales tax.  For your convenience we include a 15% gratuity for your mobile waiter that you may remove at any time.  That's it!  Our service is a huge benefit to you if you are busy because it saves you lots of TIME and GAS!

How long will it take to get my food?

We strive to get you your food in 1 hour or less.  Depending on weather conditions, food preparation times, construction in your area, traffic congestion, etc. it may take us a little longer.  However, we will always know the status of your order should you ask and will let you know ahead of time if we expect delays.  Our primary goal is to get you your food on time SAFELY.

What are Mobile Waiters?

Mobile Waiters are the brave men and women who work hard to get you your food HOT and in a timely manner.  They are professional drivers who are knowledgeable about food delivery with experience to provide a high level of service and satisfaction.  Just as their names suggest they are "waiters" and work for tips.  Think of them as "waiters on wheels".  Just as in restaurants, 15% of the order is customary for gratuity.  They accept 20% and higher too for excellent service!  A 15% gratuity is automatically added to every order for your convenience but can be removed by request at any time.

So when can I start ordering?

We deliver between the hours of 5 pm - 9 pm Monday through Saturday.  Customer Service Representatives will be on staff during these hours to accept orders.  You may place an advanced order any time online.  Orders placed online outside of our normal delivery hours will be queued for future delivery.  We also offer lunch delivery with 24 hour advanced notice.

How much food do I need to order for delivery?

There is no minimum but feel free to order as much food as you'd like.
